Pimentos Kitchen + Market is part of something bigger and to understand who we are you need to know where we came from...

Don & Trey Jordan started Holiday Deli & Ham over 20 years ago. They wanted to start a business where they could work together, father and son. They decided to create a place where you could share a meal with family & friends like you do at home for the holidays. They selected some of their favorite family recipes and Holiday Deli & Ham was born.

Fast forward to 2015, when Pimentos Kitchen + Market became more than an idea. Trey decided to continue offering the 3 main elements of Holiday but in a fresh, new way: great food, great people, great place. October 2016, Pimentos Kitchen + Market opened its doors to the public offering breakfast, lunch and dinner and the latest upgrade, local craft beers.

At Pimentos we handmake almost our entire menu and choose the best ingredients for our guests. But we didn't stop there. We have always loved the 901 and one way we invest in it, is to partner with local businesses like ourselves. This year we partnered with local coffee roaster, J. Brooks, and local bakery, Frost Bake Shop, to bring you the best coffee and desserts from Memphis. We don't believe this is a one man show, it takes a community of support, love and encouragement to keep Memphis moving forward. We want to be part of that movement and we hope you know that every time you enjoy Pimentos, you are working with us to do so.

We have local non-profits and organizations that we feel are serving our city well. We have begun partnering with some of them and serving them in ways that truly support our city. Learn more about these relationships and ways you too can partner with us in moving Memphis forward!

Testimonials

"It is actually hard to put into words the feeling I had meeting and joining with the Memphis 'giving' community at the LPBC Signature Breakfast hosted by Smith & Nephew and in partnership with The Martin Institute for Teaching Excellence in August, 2014. To see living embodiments of real and true compassion and caring for others, all gathered in one place gave me some sense of the astounding range, depth and sustained good works the business community in Memphis is doing. It was clear to me

"It was very revealing. I had no idea of the broad range of community outreach initiatives involved by the sponsoring members. This is the most positive movement that I have seen in Memphis in a long time and is surely needed. I really enjoyed my visit."
