Bennett-Fairs, President of LeMoyne-Owen College, which is a four-year liberal arts college located within the urban center of Memphis, Tennessee, with the distinction of being Memphis’ only historically black college with a history dating back to 1862. During the interview, Dr. Bennett-Fairs highlights the history and the vision for the future, as the new President, along with some of the major priorities and goals, popular degree programs, the Memphis Magic Scholarship program, building relationships and opportunities for student success, how the community can help, and much more.

The undergraduate program at LeMoyne-Owen is carried out through six academic divisions: Business and Economic Development, Education, Fine Arts and Humanities, Natural and Mathematical Sciences, and Information Technology.
