Host Jeremy C. Park talks with Tanya Hart, Senior Vice President of Executive Compensation and Total Rewards with First Horizon Bank, and Board Member of Junior Achievement of Memphis and the Mid-South, who shares her personal story of growing up in one of the most vulnerable zip codes in the city and finding her passion around education and poverty. During the interview, Tanya shares her story of joining the company in 1991 as a teller while completing her degree in finance at the University of Memphis, then moving into leadership training and financial planning, completing her MBA at Christian Brothers University and entering the field of HR and compensation.
