BrightStone exists to provide not only hope, but a life for these individuals where they can find worth every day.
Host Jeremy C. Park talks with Brenda Hauk, Founder and Executive Director of BrightStone, who highlights their efforts to provide a comprehensive work, social support, and future residential community for adults with special needs, expanding their potential and helping them to develop mentally, physically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually. Located in Franklin, Tennessee, just south of Nashville, BrightStone is a nonprofit, work and life-long learning program for adults who live each day with developmental disabilities. During the interview, Brenda shares some of the history for the organization, talks about their programs and impact, their positive approach, plans for the future, how the community can support their effort, and more.
