Since then, this unique initiative – known as “From Protest to Progress” – has received international acclaim and has been credited with being one of the driving reasons behind why Memphis protests were as peaceful as they were. As the lead economic development organization for the region, the Chamber’s mission is to relentlessly pursue prosperity for all.
