Marie Pizano discusses film project, A Society in Crisis: A Family in Divide, and Esther Fund Effort

Host Jeremy C. Park talks with Marie Pizano, CEO and founder of MVP3 Entertainment Group, author of “From Barefoot to Stilettos,” and producer of the upcoming documentary film, “A Society in Crisis: A Family in Divide,” who shares how and why she is working to bring further awareness and reform to the juvenile court system and the way divorce is handled. During the interview, Marie talks about teaming with Charlie Caswell to help spearhead passing the law HB2588 regarding Child Custody and Support. Law HB2588 mandates parents who are divorcing be required to have Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) education with their required parenting class. Additionally, the Board of Professional Responsibility approved the ACEs Trauma training into the Continuing Legal Education (CLE) for attorneys. Marie talks about creating the “Esther Plan,” which brings businesses, churches and organizations together to help young mothers in need.
