She is an expert in mind-body awareness, breathing, meditation and self-care tools and has been an avid yogi for 18+ years. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher (750+ hrs training) and a Holistic Energy Medicine Practitioner (1000+ hrs training). Stephanie's substantial 12 year background in Civil & Environmental Engineering provides her with a solid structure and a scientific approach to healing which is truly cutting edge, equal parts science and art. Even the busiest of minds can experience moments of inner stillness. It is in this stillness where we find calmness, creativity and connection.

Stephanie offers a beautiful space for those seeking a therapeutic guide to help live your life fully in alignment with your true self. She is especially skilled at supporting Parkinson’s, TBI’s, Autoimmune diseases and Cancer. Stephanie’s Yoga teaching style has been shaped by over 20 years of movement practices and 20 international yoga teachers spanning from Hawaii to Boston, Florida, and Chicago to Peru. These yoga modalities have included Yogalign, Pain Free Yoga, Yoga for Emotional Wellbeing, Yoga for Trauma, Yin, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Pilates, Tai Chi, and years of sports and outdoor activities. Stephanie’s experience with a multitude of personal injuries and rehabilitation techniques has expanded her empathy and deepened her work. She has the ability to support you wherever you are at and loves helping others by aligning the body for optimal energy flow.
Energy sessions help balance the body so you can feel refreshed, vibrant and totally alive! Stephanie identifies energy blockages that may be slowing you down and addresses these with specialized energy medicine tools. Diseases themselves aren't addressed, but the underlying energetic disturbances that may be causing them are. Yoga postures and Integrated Positional Therapy are used as needed to address pain and physical imbalances. Peruvian Shamanic Tools and ThetaHealing are powerful in connecting the mind, body and spirit to clear limiting beliefs and live life with positive thoughts. Between sessions, Stephanie provides a tailored daily care routine for each individual. A daily care exercise routine can enhance one's well-being everyday: in between your energy session appointments and for continued long term benefits. An energy medicine or yoga session is typically 75-90 minutes in length.
