SUMMARY:Nashville: 10/8 - Get Out of the Weeds: How Smart Leaders Use Outsourcing to Scale
DESCRIPTION:Growth gets harder when business owners and leaders become responsible for everything. HR questions\, IT problems\, accounting processes\, sales training\, compliance issues\, cybersecurity\, and countless other day-to-day responsibilities can quickly pull leaders away from the work that moves the business forward. And holding onto too much doesn’t just cost time. It can create financial\, operational\, compliance\, and reputational risks. \nJoin us for a practical panel discussion exploring how smart leaders use outsourcing to strengthen their businesses\, reduce risk\, and create room for growth. Our panel of experts will break down how to recognize when you’ve become the bottleneck\, which functions make sense to outsource\, and what changes when you bring in the right outside expertise. We’ll also tackle one of the biggest questions business owners face: When should you outsource\, and when does it make more sense to hire someone full-time? \nPanelists: \n\nJosh Ethridge  |  Director\, Channel Sales  |  IT Solutions\nDew Tinnin  |  Head Coach\, CEO\, & Founder  |  Skillway\nKacie Scott  |  Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer  |  Zak Human Solutions\nMickey Randolph  |  Owner & CEO  |  Randolph Business Resources
