WKRN-TV is the ABC affiliate in Nashville and has a proud 65-year history of servicing Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky.  “Local Coverage You Can Count On” is not only the station’s message but a mission by its employees.

Community involvement has always been a top priority for WKRN.  From its almost 40-year efforts with News 2 Food 2 Families benefiting Second Harvest Food Bank to partnering with Franktown Open Hearts program; WKRN has always had a “how can I help the community” spirit.

WKRN maintains that local participation spirit by broadcasting 46 hours a week of local newscasts along with a variety of local specials. They are the home of the Tennessee Titans Preseason games, they are the station to turn to for all things CMA Awards, they are the only station to provide 4th of July Celebration coverage and welcome the holidays with their Nashville Christmas Parade broadcast.  WKRN also tackles tough local issues with its Town Hall specials on serious topics like the Opioid Crisis, The Good, The Bad and the Future growth of Nashville and outlying counties.

Over the past several years I've been asked more than a handful of times about Duncan Williams Asset Management's involvement in cityCURRENT. My answer is always the same... Renewing our membership is one of the easiest and best decisions that we make each year! I can't say enough how proud we are to continue to be a member of such a great organization doing truly meaningful work here in the Memphis community.
