During the interview, Dr. Brown shares some of his experience in being a New Leaders alum and then how New Leaders is working with Memphis-Shelby County Schools and Charter Schools in the Mid-South to train education leaders to drive quantifiable outcomes in learning, teaching, and equity and to get results where it matters most: in schools, for students.
