Luncheon Topic: “Safety: Personal & Business”

cityCURRENT Partner: Affinity Technology Partners – Betsy Wright
Experts in cybersecurity and IT strategy, Affinity Technology Partners will share practical tips to help you stay safe—both personally and professionally—in today’s digital world. Learn how to protect your business, your data, and yourself from evolving online threats.

Guest Speakers: Charles & Holly Roselle
Charles Roselle is a former U.S. Secret Service Special Agent with 16 years of experience, including five years protecting Presidents Bush and Obama on the Presidential Protective Division. He went on to lead global corporate security, specializing in workplace violence prevention, active shooter response, and risk management. Now as CEO of Trinity Risk Solutions, Charles brings deep, real-world insight into both organizational and personal safety—from protecting high-profile individuals to designing proactive security systems. He’s uniquely positioned to speak on reducing business vulnerabilities, active-threat response, and shaping strong safety cultures within companies.

Dr. Holly Roselle is a nationally recognized Performance Psychology who has trained U.S. Navy SEALs and elite Army units in mental toughness, stress response, and decision-making under pressure. With a Ph.D. in human and organizational performance and years of field experience, she provides the essential “human factor” in safety—mental resilience, stress preparation, and real-time support for lone or isolated workers. As co-founder of ForceField Protection, a safety app designed for mobile professionals, she shows how mindset, training, and technology combine to improve both personal and corporate safety outcomes.

Together, the Roselles deliver a high-impact, holistic perspective on “Safety: Personal & Business”—empowering individuals and organizations to stay sharp, secure, and prepared in today’s unpredictable world.

Nonprofit Spotlight: AncoraTN
AncoraTN empowers survivors of human trafficking while equipping our community to prevent it. Their team provides long-term aftercare services and proactive training that helps individuals and businesses recognize the red flags of trafficking—especially in places like events, hotels, and online spaces where victims are often hidden in plain sight.

Their mission extends to protecting our children through education and awareness, helping parents and professionals teach young people how to spot danger, trust their instincts, and stay safe in a world where manipulation can happen anywhere. Their work shows that trafficking doesn’t always look like the movies. It often involves manipulation, coercion, and grooming—sometimes even by someone the victim knows and trusts.

AncoraTN’s insights will help you better understand how to identify, report, and respond to potential trafficking situations—making our businesses stronger and our communities safer.
