Dew Tinnin, Sales Coach, Founder & President of Skillway
Dew’s mission to help sales professionals crush their goals—and love their work—is the basis of Skillway’s approach.
A specialist in relationship-based selling, Dew honed her skills in the finance and mortgage industry, both as a top producer and a branch manager. As a national sales trainer for Wells Fargo, she educated and motivated thousands of salespeople across the country.
Dew has been a full-time sales coach and consultant since 2011, delivering game-changing results for hundreds of clients from companies including Facebook, Bridgestone, Salesforce and Raymond James. She has spent over 5,000 hours in one-on-one coaching sessions and now primarily works with CEOs, multi-million dollar producers, and the Skillway team of coaches. Sherry Deutschmann, Founder & CEO of BrainTrust
Sherry Deutschmann is a serial entrepreneur, author, and passionate advocate for entrepreneurship. In 2019, Sherry founded BrainTrust, a company dedicated to helping women entrepreneurs grow their businesses.
Prior to founding BrainTrust, Sherry was founder and CEO of LetterLogic, Inc., a company she grew to $40 Million and sold in 2016. LetterLogic was named an INC 5000 company (one of the fastest-growing privately held businesses in the US) for ten consecutive years.
