cityCURRENT and Delta Dental of Tennessee, in partnership with the Nashville Sounds, Soles4Souls, Neighborhood Health, Meharry and other local organizations, presents Kids Dental Day & Shoe Distribution on July 10th—at First Horizon Park. This event provides children with FREE DENTAL SCREENINGS and cleaning, and a NEW PAIR OF SOCKS AND SHOES to prepare them for the upcoming school year. In addition, there will be fun activities for the kids like face painting, new books from the Book’em Book Bus, photo ops, and mini golf.
We need volunteers in many capacities for shoe stations, photo booth attendant, face painting, check-in desk, group ushers, and many more!
If you can participate in any capacity, please register to volunteer!
This is a fun and meaningful way for you, your team, your family (children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent), and friends to give back.
Be the person a child remembers. Your presence can make a lifelong impact—by helping them smile a little brighter and walk a little taller.
